-Children under the age of 14 must have a second adult present if waiting for client.

-I have a 24 hour cancellation, no-show and late policy. Any cancellation under 24 hours, no-show or more than 10 minute late arrival  will be charged or any promotion will be forfeited. During severe weather any cancellation will need to be rescheduled within a week. If there is a no-show or cancellation for that rescheduled 

appointment, the full service will be charged.  Voucher appointments will be redeemed immediately and appointment will be rescheduled within the week.
